Villa Conchi Brut Reserva
Villa Conchi Brut Reserva is a Spanish sparkling wine produced in the Penedès region of Catalonia using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise) of second fermentation in the bottle. This wine is made from a blend of three grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo, and Parellada. The grapes are handpicked and carefully selected to ensure that only the best quality fruit is used in the wine.
The Brut Reserva has a pale yellow color with golden hues and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe fruit such as apple and pear, as well as toasted bread, nuts, and honey. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and refreshing with a lively acidity that balances the creamy texture and flavors of citrus, white fruits, and hints of almond and brioche. The finish is long, elegant, and mineral, with a pleasant aftertaste of green apple and lemon zest.
This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, fish, salads, and creamy cheeses. It should be served chilled between 6-8°C to fully appreciate its aromas and flavors.
