Bay of Fires Pinot Gris 2020

Bay of Fires Pinot Gris 2020 is a white wine from Tasmania, Australia. It is made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes grown in cool climate vineyards in the north and east of the island. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for four months before bottling.
 
According to the winemaker's notes, the wine has aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and lemon zest, with subtle notes of ginger and clove. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavors of citrus and stone fruit, complemented by a touch of spice. The finish is clean and lingering, with a mineral edge. This wine is best enjoyed chilled and is a great pairing for seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.
