The harvest from these plots is always harvested later due to the dominant grape varieties. Controlling phenolic maturity (tannins and anthocyanins) allows for the harvest of ripe and healthy grapes. The meticulous and careful vinification gives this red wine: depth, suppleness and length in the mouth. The floral nose predominates in its youth and later evolves towards more complex aromas of a Grand Vin de Bordeaux.
