Sourced from the estate's 20-to-25-year-old vines, this juice drops the heavy, brooding vibe of the grand vin for something way more vibrant and snatched, aging for 18 months in mostly neutral French oak to keep the terroir speaking loud and clear. For your deductive tasting grids, expect the nose and palate to hit with racy red and black fruit, white pepper, black olives, and a touch of iron, all held together by fresh acidity and firm, dusty tannins that lowkey slap.
