The Cranswick Sarus Shiraz is a rich and intense red wine primarily sourced from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. It presents a deep ruby red or elegant red-purple color with vibrant hues. The aromatic profile features dark berry fruits like blackberry and raspberry, complemented by notes of chocolate, freshly ground coffee, white pepper, and earthy spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky, offering a combination of dense dark plum and blackberry fruit balanced by a vibrant natural acidity and a fine, soft tannin frame. This Shiraz often undergoes maturation in French and American oak barrels for 10 to 18 months to develop complexity and a long, satisfying finish.
