This wine is characterized by a silky profile with aromas of bright cherry, spice, and mineral notes, balanced by robust tannins and a vigorous acidity. Produced using organic methods since 2003, it features a complex palate of black cherry, plum, and forest floor with a lingering, harmonious finish.
