Grown at approximately 1400 meters above sea level near the Andean foothills, this 100 percent Cabernet Franc is fermented in concrete vessels and aged in used French oak foudres to preserve its unique terroir. It features a bright ruby or violet-flecked color and offers an aromatic profile of fresh red fruits, plum, and cherry, complemented by herbal notes of mint, rosemary, and jarilla.
