Kalleske Florentine Chenin Blanc is a vibrant, estate grown white wine from a single vineyard of mature vines planted in 1988 in South Australia's Barossa Valley. Certified organic and biodynamic, this fruit driven wine is crafted using traditional techniques, including night harvesting and cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its natural freshness. It presents a pale straw color with an aromatic bouquet of green apple, quince, jasmine, and zesty lime. The palate is light bodied and juicy, featuring flavors of white stone fruit and citrus pith balanced by a fine mineral thread and a long, crisp finish. Named after the first daughter of the Kalleske family, this vegan friendly wine offers excellent drinkability in its youth while also possessing the potential to cellar for over a decade.
