Rolland Galarreta Rueda is a premium Spanish white wine produced from 100 percent Verdejo grapes grown on old vines near the village of La Seca. A collaborative project between French oenologist Michel Rolland and Spanish wine expert Javier Galarreta, this wine is crafted using traditional techniques including cold maceration and fermentation on fine lees to enhance its structure and volume. It presents a bright straw yellow color and a complex aromatic profile featuring tropical fruits, melon, and floral notes with mineral undertones. The palate is crisp and well rounded, offering balanced acidity and a persistent finish that pairs excellently with seafood, fish dishes, rice, pasta, and white meats.
