Produced by Tenuta Sant Antonio in Italys Veneto region, the Scaia Garganega Chardonnay Trevenezie IGT is a fresh and aromatic white wine blend consisting of 55 percent Garganega and 45 percent Chardonnay. The wine is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and offers a complex bouquet of white flowers like acacia and jasmine, alongside tropical fruit notes of pineapple, grapefruit, orange, and mango. On the palate, it is light and crisp with a sustained acidity and a soft, rounded texture that leads to a long, fruity finish. Harvested by hand from chalky volcanic soils and aged in stainless steel to maintain its vibrant character, this unoaked wine pairs well with white fish, poultry, and lightly spiced Mediterranean dishes.
