St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz

Price

MYR 148.00

Named in honor of winemaker Stuart Blackwell, the St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz is a classic and opulent representation of the Barossa Valley. Predominantly sourced from the northern parishes of Ebenezer, Greenock, and Moppa Hills, the fruit is grown in red brown clay soils that impart hallmark characteristics of black plum, cherries, and dark chocolate. This full-bodied wine is matured for 12 to 18 months in American oak barrels, resulting in a complex profile featuring layers of blackberry, cocoa, and baking spices with a hint of vanilla. With its balanced palate, refined texture, and dense tannins, it offers significant cellaring potential of up to 15 years and pairs exceptionally well with roasted beef, rich lamb stews, or aged hard cheeses.
