Utopos Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine from the Barossa Valley in Australia, crafted by winemaker Kym Teusner from a vineyard that formerly supplied grapes for Penfolds Bin 707. The wine is characterized by its deep, dark crimson color and a complex aromatic profile featuring blackcurrant, blackberry, and red cherry fruit alongside notes of cedar, tobacco, licorice, and fine spices. Known for its powerful yet balanced structure, the palate offers rich, opulent fruit flavors and fine-grained tannins with a fresh acidity that ensures excellent aging potential of ten to twenty years.
