Sourced from high altitude vineyards at approximately 1,100 meters above sea level, this wine is defined by the unique alluvial and limestone rich soils of the Paraje Altamira region. The winemaking process typically involves fermentation in concrete vats with native yeasts and aging in a combination of concrete and oak barrels to maintain terroir transparency. It is characterized by a deep ruby color and complex aromatic notes of strawberry, cherry, and plum, complemented by herbal, floral, and mineral undertones such as wet stone and graphite.
