Produced by the acclaimed Zuccardi family, this red wine is grown at approximately 1,400 meters above sea level in alluvial soils rich in calcium carbonate, which imparts a signature chalky minerality and firm, elegant structure. The vinification process involves gravity-fed grape movement and fermentation in concrete vats with native yeasts, followed by aging in concrete to preserve the purity of the fruit.
